These Racing Rules apply to all horse, harness and greyhound racing bets and operate in addition to the General Sportsbook Betting Rules. Where a specific market or product rule conflicts with these Racing Rules, the more specific rule will apply.
Form, runner, jockey, trainer, track, weather and other racing information displayed on Cooked is provided for information only. Cooked does not guarantee its accuracy and bets will be settled in accordance with the official race result and applicable market rules.
Settlement of Racing Bets
• Racing bets will be settled on the official result declared by the relevant racing authority or official results provider.
• Once the official result has been declared and bets have been settled, subsequent amendments, disqualifications, appeals or changes to the result will not affect settlement unless otherwise stated.
• In the event of a dead heat, Cooked's Dead Heat Rules will apply unless otherwise stated for the relevant market.
• If a race is declared a no-race, void or walkover, all affected bets will be void and stakes refunded unless otherwise stated.
Abandoned, Postponed and Transferred Races
• If a final-field race is abandoned, cancelled, postponed to another day or transferred to another meeting, bets on that race will be void and stakes refunded unless otherwise stated.
• Futures, Ante-Post or All-In bets will remain valid despite a postponement or change of venue unless the event is cancelled, reopened for nominations or otherwise materially changed, in which case Cooked may void affected bets.
• Where a race is re-run on the same day, bets will stand unless otherwise determined by Cooked.
Win and Place Betting
• A Win bet is successful where the selected runner finishes first.
• A Place bet is successful where the selected runner finishes within the number of places offered at the time the bet is placed.
• The number of places offered may vary according to field size, race type and market availability.
• Where scratchings reduce the field after a fixed-odds Place bet has been accepted, the place terms applying when the bet was placed will continue to apply, subject to any applicable deductions or specific market rules.
• If the number of remaining runners becomes equal to or less than the number of finishing positions required for a market, Cooked may void the affected market and refund stakes.
Starting Price (SP) Betting
• Where Starting Price (SP) betting is offered, the SP will be the final fixed odds offered or the official starting price applicable to that race, as determined by Cooked.
• Cooked may limit the stake or maximum payout on SP bets and may restrict or withdraw SP betting for any Player, race or market at its discretion.
• The maximum payout on any SP bet is €/$ 10,000.
Scratchings and Non-Runners
• Unless the bet was placed on an All-In, Ante-Post or Futures basis, bets on a runner subsequently declared a non-runner or scratching will be void and the stake refunded.
• Where a scratched runner forms part of a standard Multi, the scratched selection will be treated as void and the Multi will be recalculated using the remaining valid selections, subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant bet type.
• Where a scratching occurs after a fixed-odds bet has been placed, deductions may apply to winning bets on the remaining runners.
• Bets placed on an All-In, Ante-Post or Futures basis generally stand whether or not the selected runner subsequently participates, unless otherwise stated.
Deductions
• Fixed-odds racing bets may be subject to deductions where one or more runners are scratched after the bet has been placed.
• The deduction applied will be determined by Cooked having regard to the price of the scratched runner and the market affected.
• Where multiple runners are scratched, deductions may be applied cumulatively.
• Applicable deduction rates may be displayed on the platform or otherwise made available by Cooked.
• No deduction will apply where the scratching occurred before the relevant bet was placed.
Exotic Betting
• Exotic bets may include Quinella, Exacta, Trifecta, First Four and any other exotic bet types offered by Cooked.
• A Quinella requires the selected runners to finish first and second in any order.
• An Exacta requires the selected runners to finish first and second in the correct order.
• A Trifecta requires the selected runners to finish first, second and third in the correct order.
• A First Four requires the selected runners to finish first, second, third and fourth in the correct order.
• Where Boxed or Combination exotic bets are offered, all relevant combinations generated by the customer's selections will form part of the bet.
• Where a scratching occurs in an exotic bet, the affected combination or selection may be void and refunded while unaffected combinations continue, unless otherwise stated.
• Fixed Odds Exotic bets are settled at the fixed price accepted when the bet was placed and are not dependent on a totalisator pool.
• Tote-based exotic bets, where offered, will be settled using the applicable official tote dividend displayed or specified by Cooked.
• Cooked may limit the maximum payout on any Exotic or Tote-derived bet, including by reference to the applicable Tote pool or Cooked's maximum payout limits.
Racing Multi Bets
• Racing selections may be included in Multi bets where made available by Cooked.
• Unless otherwise stated, if a final-field racing selection in a Multi becomes a non-runner, that leg will be void and the Multi will be recalculated using the remaining valid legs.
• Where another runner in the same race is scratched after the Multi bet was placed, deductions may apply to the affected racing leg.
• An All-In, Ante-Post or Futures selection included in a Multi will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to that market.
• Same Race Multis are governed separately by the Same Race Multi Rules.
Other Racing Markets
• Markets including Head-to-Head, Top X, Favourite vs Field, Winning Margin, Jockey or Trainer markets and other racing propositions may be offered from time to time.
• These markets will be settled according to the market description displayed at the time the bet is placed and the official result or statistics of the relevant racing authority.
• Where a specific market requires a named runner or participant to start and that participant does not start, affected bets will be void unless otherwise stated.
Bet Acceptance and Start Time
• Unless expressly offered as In-Play betting, any racing bet accepted after the race has started may be void and the stake refunded.
Betting and Payout Limits
• Racing bets are subject to Cooked's applicable stake, winnings and maximum payout limits.
• Cooked may restrict the availability, stake or payout of any racing market in accordance with its trading and risk policies.
• Maximum payout limits apply across all bets placed by the same Customer on the same race or outcome, including where the same selection forms part of one or more Multi bets.
Errors and Corrections
• The General Sportsbook Betting Rules, including the Errors & Corrections provisions, apply to all racing bets.
A Same Race Multi ("SRM") allows two or more eligible selections from the same race to be combined into a single bet.
These rules apply in addition to the Racing Rules and General Sportsbook Betting Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these Same Race Multi Rules will apply.
General
• All selections within a Same Race Multi must be successful for the bet to win.
• Same Race Multis are available only on selected races, runners, markets and finishing positions determined by Cooked.
• Only selections and combinations made available through the Same Race Multi feature may be combined.
• Cooked may restrict the number of selections, runners or finishing positions that may be included in a Same Race Multi.
Odds
• Same Race Multi odds are calculated as a composite price which takes into account the relationship between the selections in the bet and will not necessarily equal the multiplied odds of the individual selections.
• The odds displayed when the Same Race Multi is accepted are the odds applicable to the bet, subject to the General Sportsbook Betting Rules relating to errors and incorrect prices.
• Where selections are wholly or substantially dependent on the same outcome, Cooked may prevent the combination from being placed or adjust the price to reflect that relationship.
Scratchings and Non-Runners
• If any runner selected within a standalone Same Race Multi is scratched or declared a non-runner, the entire Same Race Multi will be void and the stake refunded.
• If a Same Race Multi forms one leg of a larger Multi and becomes void, the Same Race Multi leg will be removed and the larger Multi will continue with its remaining valid legs at recalculated odds.
• If all remaining legs of the larger Multi are void, the stake will be refunded.
• Where a runner not selected in a Same Race Multi is scratched after the bet has been placed, a deduction may apply to the Same Race Multi.
• No deduction will apply in respect of a scratching that occurred before the Same Race Multi was placed.
Field Size
• Same Race Multis will only be offered where the race meets Cooked's minimum field-size requirements.
• If scratchings reduce the field after a Same Race Multi has been accepted, the bet will stand unless:
Dead Heats
• Dead Heat Rules apply to Same Race Multi selections.
• Where a dead heat affects a selection within a Same Race Multi, the return may be adjusted in accordance with the applicable Dead Heat Rules.
Same Race Multis in Multi Bets
• A Same Race Multi may, where offered, be combined with selections or Same Race Multis from other races or events as part of a larger Multi.
• Each Same Race Multi will be treated as a single leg of that Multi.
• If a Same Race Multi is void, that leg will be removed and the Multi will be recalculated based on the remaining valid legs. If no valid legs remain, the stake will be refunded.
Availability and Restrictions
• Cooked may at any time restrict, suspend or withdraw Same Race Multi betting or any runner, selection, market or combination within the feature.
• Same Race Multi bets are subject to Cooked's applicable stake, winnings and maximum payout limits.
• Cooked may impose a maximum combined price, stake or payout on Same Race Multi bets, which may vary by race, market or Customer.
• Cash Out, bonuses, odds boosts, promotions and other product features are available on Same Race Multi bets only where expressly offered.
Errors and Corrections
• The General Sportsbook Betting Rules, including the Errors & Corrections provisions, apply to all Same Race Multi bets.
