• Only one active bonus or wagering requirement may exist per player at any time, unless otherwise stated.

• Promotional funds must be used in accordance with applicable promotion terms and fair play rules.

• Cooked reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, fraud, irregular play, or breach of these terms.
• Contribution rates, eligible games, and restricted gameplay types may be amended at Cooked’s discretion.
Wagering Requirements & Bonus Expiration
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms, bonuses and wagering requirements expire 7 days after the promotion is credited to the player’s account.
• All wagering must be completed within the specified timeframes.
• Attempting to withdraw before completing applicable wagering requirements may result in promotional funds and associated winnings being forfeited.
Maximum Bonus Conversion Limits
• Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms, winnings derived from promotional offers may be capped at the lower of:
Minimum Deposit for Bonus Eligibility
• Unless stated otherwise, the minimum deposit to claim any bonus is €20 (or currency equivalent).
• Withdrawals of Free Spin or No Deposit Bonus winnings require a qualifying deposit.
Bonus Abuse & Irregular Play
Cooked monitors for bonus abuse and reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings where abuse is suspected, including but not limited to:
• Multiple account use.
• Collusion or coordinated betting.
• Hedging, opposing bets, or low-risk wagering strategies intended to reduce variance or manipulate wagering requirements.
• Irregular betting patterns or manipulation of game mechanics.
• Accumulating progress or features with bonus funds and claiming with real money.
• Using VPNs or other tools to bypass restrictions.
Free Bet Tokens
• Free Bet stake is not returned.
• Free Bets must be used in full on eligible markets as per promotion terms.
• Max Free Bet winnings: €250 per promotion.
Loyalty Program & Rewards
• Cooked’s Loyalty Program is by invitation only.
• Benefits may be altered or withdrawn at Cooked’s discretion.
Fair Play and Compliance
Cooked reserves the right to review gameplay and account activity for compliance. Bonuses and bonus winnings may be forfeited if:
• A pattern of irregular gameplay is detected.
• Bonus terms are breached.
• There is evidence of manipulation or abuse.
The operator’s records and calculations relating to wagering progress, contribution rates, promotional eligibility, and bonus outcomes shall be final in the event of any dispute.
