These Bonus Rules set out the terms and conditions that apply to all bonuses, promotions, rewards, free bets, cashback offers, and special campaigns offered by Cooked. By participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by this Policy, our Terms of Service, and any specific promotion terms.
General Bonus Terms
• All bonuses and promotions are offered at the sole discretion of Cooked.
• Only one active bonus or wagering requirement may exist per player at any time, unless otherwise stated.
• Offers are limited to one per person, household, email, IP address, payment method, and device.
• Promotional funds must be used in accordance with applicable promotion terms and fair play rules.
• We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time.
• Certain games, features, Bet Along wagers, bet types, tournaments, races, challenges, bonus buys, or promotional mechanics may be restricted or excluded while a wagering requirement is active.
• Not all casino games, Bet Along wagers and sportsbook events contribute towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates may vary by game type, product or event and are subject to change at our sole discretion.
• Bet Along wagers may be excluded from bonus eligibility and wagering requirement calculations unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms.
• Cooked reserves the right to restrict, exclude, modify or remove any game, feature, product, promotion, bet type or wagering contribution rate from bonus eligibility or wagering requirement calculations at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• Where a promotion involves COOKS platform currency, additional rules will apply. See ‘COOKS Currency Terms’ within our Terms of Service for full details.
• Cooked reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, fraud, irregular play, or breach of these terms.
• Contribution rates, eligible games, and restricted gameplay types may be amended at Cooked’s discretion.
Wagering Requirements & Bonus Expiration
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms, bonuses and wagering requirements expire 7 days after the promotion is credited to the player’s account.
• All wagering must be completed within the specified timeframes.
• Attempting to withdraw before completing applicable wagering requirements may result in promotional funds and associated winnings being forfeited.
Maximum Bonus Conversion Limits
• Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, Cooked reserves the right to apply maximum conversion, withdrawal or bonus win limits to promotional funds and winnings derived from promotional funds.
• Where no specific maximum conversion, withdrawal or bonus win limit is disclosed in the applicable promotion terms, Cooked may apply a maximum conversion limit of up to five (5) times the promotional amount granted.
• Maximum bonus winnings from Free Bet Tokens is €/$/£ 250. If multiple Free Bet Tokens with the same selections are placed, only €/$/£ 250 in total will be paid out.
• Any winnings from Free Spins shall be credited to the player’s balance and may be subject to applicable wagering requirements. The maximum withdrawable winnings from Free Spin once wagering requirements are met, shall be capped at €/$/£ 50.
Minimum Deposit for Bonus Eligibility
• Unless stated otherwise, the minimum deposit to claim any bonus is €20 (or currency equivalent).
• Withdrawals of Free Spin or No Deposit Bonus winnings require a qualifying deposit.
Bonus Abuse & Irregular Play
Cooked monitors for bonus abuse and reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings where abuse is suspected, including but not limited to:
• Multiple account use.
• Collusion or coordinated betting.
• Hedging, opposing bets, or low-risk wagering strategies intended to reduce variance or manipulate wagering requirements.
• Irregular betting patterns or manipulation of game mechanics.
• Accumulating progress or features with bonus funds and claiming with real money.
• Using VPNs or other tools to bypass restrictions.
Free Bet Tokens
• Free Bet stake is not returned.
• Free Bets must be used in full on eligible markets as per promotion terms.
• Max Free Bet winnings: €250 per promotion.
Loyalty Program & Rewards
• Cooked’s Loyalty Program is by invitation only.
• Benefits may be altered or withdrawn at Cooked’s discretion.
Fair Play and Compliance
Cooked reserves the right to review gameplay and account activity for compliance. Bonuses and bonus winnings may be forfeited if:
• A pattern of irregular gameplay is detected.
• Bonus terms are breached.
• There is evidence of manipulation or abuse.
The operator’s records and calculations relating to wagering progress, contribution rates, promotional eligibility, and bonus outcomes shall be final in the event of any dispute.
