STREAMER REV SHARE PROMOTION – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Application Period: Applications for this promotion are open from 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026. Eligible participants approved during this period will receive a 30-day promotional acquisition period commencing from the date of their approval.
2. Eligibility: The promotion is available to new Cooked streamers and affiliates only who apply and are approved during the Application Period. Existing Cooked streamers or affiliates, including affiliates with customers previously referred or attributed to their account, are not eligible for this promotion. Applications are subject to review and approval by Cooked. Participants must complete any verification and onboarding requirements required by Cooked.
3. Revenue Share: Eligible participants will receive a 60% revenue share on qualifying Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) generated by customers first acquired and attributed to them during their 30-day promotional acquisition period. The 60% revenue share will continue to apply to qualifying NGR generated by those customers unless and until modified or withdrawn by Cooked in accordance with these Terms. Customers first acquired or attributed to the participant after their 30-day promotional acquisition period has ended will be subject to Cooked's standard applicable affiliate revenue share rate, unless otherwise agreed or extended by Cooked.
4. NGR: Net Gaming Revenue is calculated in accordance with Cooked's applicable affiliate terms and may account for bonuses, promotional credits, rewards, chargebacks, payment costs, taxes, fraudulent activity and other applicable deductions.
5. Tracking: Qualifying customers must be first acquired and correctly attributed to the participant during their individual 30-day promotional acquisition period through their approved Cooked affiliate link, referral code or other approved tracking method. Cooked's tracking systems and records will be used to determine customer attribution, acquisition dates and qualifying activity, subject to correction of any errors.
6. Streaming Requirements: To remain eligible for the promotional 60% revenue share rate, participants must complete a minimum of three (3) qualifying streams per week, with each stream lasting at least 45 minutes. Streams must feature Cooked and comply with Cooked's applicable promotional, platform and compliance requirements. Cooked reserves the right to review streaming activity and modify or withdraw the promotional revenue share rate where these minimum requirements are not met.
7. Player Activity: Only legitimate player activity will qualify. Self-referrals, duplicate or related accounts, multi-accounting, fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, manipulated or coordinated activity, or attempts to artificially generate qualifying revenue are prohibited.
8. Invalid Activity: Cooked reserves the right to exclude activity and withhold, adjust, reverse or recover associated revenue share where fraud, abuse, chargebacks, invalid player activity or a breach of these Terms or Cooked's applicable affiliate terms is identified.
9. Payment & Settlement: Revenue share is subject to Cooked's applicable payment and settlement procedures and final validation of qualifying activity. Dashboard figures or estimated revenue are not considered final until confirmed by Cooked.
10. Promotion Changes: Cooked reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, withdraw or terminate this promotion, remove any participant from the promotion, or modify or withdraw the promotional revenue share rate at any time. Cooked may also extend a participant's 30-day promotional acquisition period at its sole discretion. Participation in the promotion does not guarantee continued eligibility for the promotional rate or any extension of the promotional acquisition period.
11. Compliance: Participants must comply with Cooked's applicable terms and policies, platform requirements, advertising regulations, age restrictions and responsible gambling requirements. Participants must make any advertising, sponsorship or affiliate disclosures required by applicable law, regulation or platform policy.
12. Jurisdictional Restrictions: Participation is only permitted where lawful. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation in the promotion and any advertising, streaming, marketing or promotion of Cooked complies with all applicable laws, regulations and platform requirements in the jurisdictions in which they operate or target audiences. Cooked may restrict or remove participation in any jurisdiction at any time where required for legal, regulatory or compliance reasons.
13. Regional & Age Restrictions: Participation remains subject to Cooked's applicable restricted-jurisdiction, regional and age requirements. Participants must not promote Cooked to persons or in jurisdictions where such promotion or participation is prohibited.
14. No Guarantee of Earnings: Participation in the promotion does not guarantee any minimum level of referrals, player activity, NGR, revenue share or earnings.
15. Standard Terms: Cooked's standard Terms of Service and applicable affiliate terms also apply. Where these promotional Terms address the promotional 60% revenue share rate specifically, these Terms apply to that promotion, while Cooked's applicable affiliate terms continue to govern the broader affiliate relationship.
